This commercial project stands out for its contemporary architecture and clean lines, where understated materials meet a bold architectural composition.

The building extends across three levels, defined by an interplay of volumes and textures that gives the overall design a strong and distinctive identity. The contrast between charcoal-grey brick, black metal panels, and expansive glazed surfaces creates a rhythmic façade that is both elegant and timeless.

Clad in vertically ribbed metal panels, the uppermost floor appears to float above the masonry volume, bringing a sense of lightness and dynamism to the composition. Carefully integrated glazing maximizes natural light while emphasizing the building’s vertical expression.

At ground level, expansive glass façades establish a connection between the interior spaces and their surroundings, while thoughtfully designed landscaping softens the precision of the architectural lines.
