The façades feature a sophisticated contrast between dark brick, light mineral tones, and warm wood-look accents. Generous architectural frames highlight the balconies and establish a rhythmic composition across the elevations, while vertical screens introduce depth, privacy, and elegance to the design. The recessed upper level softens the overall massing, creating a lighter and more refined architectural silhouette.

Landscape design also plays a central role in the concept. Lush greenery lines the pathways, softens the parking areas, and creates a natural transition between the architecture and its surroundings.
