HAUS - Townhouses

Townhouses

The HAUS project introduces a contemporary residential development defined by a clean, rhythmic, and elegant architectural composition. Organized around clearly articulated volumes, the project stands out through its contrasting material palette, structured repetition of openings, and interplay of dark, light, and wood tones, creating an identity that feels both warm and modern.

The site layout was carefully designed to create a harmonious, green, and human-scaled living environment. The buildings are nestled within a thoughtfully landscaped setting, where visual connections, outdoor spaces, and abundant greenery contribute to the overall quality of life. The architecture seeks to balance gentle density, residential comfort, and enduring aesthetics.

Through its refined architectural language, balanced proportions, and thoughtful integration into the site, HAUS expresses a contemporary vision of collective housing, emphasizing bright, light-filled spaces, a distinctive identity, and a welcoming living environment.
