HAUS - Plex

The HAUS – Plex project presents a contemporary vision of multifamily residential architecture, defined by a clean, structured, and modern design approach. The development features minimalist volumes, with a distinctive rhythm created through contrasting materials, recessed elements, and the repetition of architectural frames that define the façades and outdoor spaces.

The composition embraces a palette of warm, neutral tones, combining dark cladding, light-coloured surfaces, and wood accents to establish a cohesive, elegant, and timeless architectural identity. Balconies, expansive windows, and carefully positioned openings bring visual interest to the façades while maximizing natural light within the residences.

Set within an open, lush green landscape, the project aims to create a living environment that is both functional and welcoming. Through its refined architectural language and thoughtful integration into the surrounding site, HAUS – Plex embodies a contemporary approach to multifamily living, seamlessly combining quality of life, simplicity of form, and a strong architectural presence.
