NAUTICA

Conceived as a human-scaled residential development, this multi-residential project introduces a contemporary architectural approach that integrates seamlessly and discreetly with its natural surroundings. The composition of volumes, articulated through setbacks, loggias, and generous balconies, creates a distinctive identity while maintaining a light and distinctly residential character.

Materiality plays a central role in this approach. Light-toned stone contrasts with dark vertical cladding and black metal elements, creating an elegant interplay of textures that emphasizes the building's various volumes. Large windows and glass railings maximize natural light while strengthening the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The outdoor spaces are designed as an extension of the architecture. Accessible pedestrian pathways, structured plantings, hedges, and landscaped areas organize circulation while creating more intimate spaces for residents. The overall design strikes a balance between density, comfort, privacy, and landscape quality, offering a contemporary and sustainable living environment.
